Dogs Offered for supply by GDM

Dog Assessments and Supply of Dogs

Only dogs that possess suitable levels of prey drive, plus nasal stamina and scenting ability are suitable for training as specialist search dogs. Such dogs must also prove themselves to be sound in all environments. Likewise, dogs to be used in a security patrol role must also have temperament and drive characteristics compatible with that role requirement. As such, GDM recommends that clients undertake the dog assessment process in accordance with our schedule prior to committing to a course. In the event that a dog is not yet ready for a course GDM can offer pre course training in order for the dog to reach a suitable standard for intensive training on a course.. In cases whereby a dog is unsuitable for training OR in circumstances where clients are unable to source a dog, GDM has arrangements with contracted breeders for the supply of suitable dogs on behalf of the client.

General Purpose Security Patrol Dogs
