Continuation Training
Recommended Training Strategy

In the interest of maintaining safety and operational efficiency, GDM recommend that all dog teams should undertake regular continuation and refresher training under the tuition of a qualified instructor:

General Purpose Security Patrol Dogs:

12 days per year


Explosives Search and Detection Dogs:

20 days per year

Drugs Search and Detection Dogs:

12 days per year

Continuation Training for all skills categories is charged at £60.00 per day for up to 6 hours
Based on a minimum of two handlers training
