One to One Consultation and Training for Behavioral Problems

Many dogs’ exhibit behavioral problems that can leave owners feeling frustrated embarrassed and in some cases worried about the safety of their dog around people and other animals:

Typically, these behavioral problems include:

Pulling on the lead
Jumping up at owners or visitors   
Running off and refusing to come back
Destructive behavior in the home
Separation Anxiety
Aggression towards other dogs
Aggression towards people
Fear of people or other animals
Fear of traffic or other environmental stimuli

These behaviors are usually excessive in nature, many are exhibited in the home and almost all are linked to the relationship between dog and owner. For these reasons I always address such issues by way of private consultation in the owner’s home and prefer to deal in the following way.

•    I will visit your home and together we will discuss the details of the problem.
•    I will analyse all available information and identify the cause of the problem
•    We will agree upon a training plan and I will commence implementation of the plan with you by demonstrating the techniques and strategies that you should adopt
•    I will contact you the following day to check progress (no additional charge)
•    Within 24 hours of the consultation I will send you a written report containing details of the consultation and the associated training plan (no additional charge).

Fees:
•    Home Consultation and Implementation of Training Plan:  £30.00 per hour
           (A Typical consultation will last 2 hours but will rarely exceed 3 hours; in any case we will not charge in excess of £90.00 for a consultation)

 N.B. All prices quoted are for clients living within a 10 mile radius of Deal. Upon request I will provide quotes for clients living outside of the stated area based on fuel costs and traveling time.
